"The Logical Song"

E dizem que os amigos são nosso melhor espelho... so..."Please tell me who I am..." hehehe
When I was young It seemed that life was so wonderful A miracle, oh it was beautiful, magical And all the birds in the trees Well they'd be singing so happily Oh joyfully, oh playfully watching me But then they sent me away To teach me how to be sensible Logical, oh responsible, practical And they showed me a world Where I could be so dependable Oh clinical, oh intellectual, cynical There are times when all the world's asleep The questions run too deep For such a simple man Won't you please, please tell me what we've learned I know it sounds absurd But please tell me who I am Now watch what you say Or they'll be calling you a radical A liberal, oh fanatical, criminal Oh won't you sign up your name We'd like to feel you're Acceptable, respectable, oh presentable, a vegetable At night when all the world's asleep The questions run too deep For such a simple man Won't you please, please tell me what we've learned I know it sounds absurd But please tell me who I am, who I am, who I am, who I am
Emotions will either serve or master, depending on who is charge.

hi my friend we ,all of human kind ,now days are confused and they because of reaching and aproaching to some endless thing which we think are our end lose they identifying and i have some thing for you to read;
I dreamed I had an interview with God
So you would like to interview me? God asked My time is eternity god smiled If you have the time I said what questions do you have in mind for you { What surprises you most about humankind
That they get bored with childhood god Answered ...
they rush to grow up and then long to be children again That they lose their health to make money
And then lose their money to restore their health
That by thinking anxiously about the future
They forget the present
Such that they live in neither the present nor the future That they live as if the will never die
And die as if they had never God's hand took mine and we were silent for a while
I asked.
a parent , what are some of lifes lessons you want your children to learn?
God replied with a smile
To learn they can not make anyone lobe them What they can do is let themselves beloved

to learn that it is not good to compare themselves to others To learn that a rich person is not one who has the most
But is one who needs the least
on1y a few seconds to open profound wounds in persons we love And it takes many years to heal them
To learn to forgive by practicing forgiveness
To learn that there are persons who love them dearly But simply do not know how to express or show their feelings

To learn that two people and look at the same thing and see it differently And to learn that I am
Always

Supertramp.....
I mean the artists who sing the song, not u of course... :-) ... I recognise it, and it is a feeling i can find myself in very well. We deny ourselves many things sometimes by doing just the reasonable, responsible things, and forget to discover the unknown...
Maybe thats what u and me are doing sometimes... discovering the unknown, and maybe finding some things we never expected to find...
But not less beautifull because of that....
