To do or not to do...this is the question?!?!

Hey Friends...

I didn't translate it righ away cause I was a bit lazy this week :P but as I promised ...here it is :)

I've just arrived from a great weekend in Sao Paulo where I had an unbelivable event...

You know that kind of stuff that can change completely the course of your life?

So...it think this weekend was like this!

"You cannot change your destination overnight, but you can change your direction overnight."

I'ts not exactly what happened there not even what I heard there but how we see what is happening around us, how we react about this and what we learn with this all.

"Emotions will either serve or master, depending on who is in charge."

Very often in our lives we catch ourself not living for us but for others..how? When we are all the time wondering "What he/she is going to thing if I do this? What if I say it? What if I didn't do....or didn't say that?" and doing like this we make up our mind not based on what we think but in what we think that others will think...if they are going to think if it's right or wrong "I willing to do that but they will think it's not right"

Now I have a question...Who was the one how decide what is right or wrong? what right they have to judge people?

Of course that we have to think before do something... I'm not saying that we have to go out doing whatever we want without think about consequences. What I do belive is that we have to make up our mind by our own concepts, our own wishes...and the question is:

Is it going to make you happy? Is it going to make you happy today but suffer tomorrow? Is it going to prejudice you or anybody else? Is it really what YOU wanna do? Is it going to make me grow?

I try to make my decisions thinking about this questions!

I'm fed up about think what others will think, this kind of things can drive us crazy cause we'll never know exaclty what others will think. When we act like this, in real, it's our own conepts, our own belives, our fears that are talking to us instead of the other person...so when we try to guess what others are thinking nearly always...guess what??? we are wrong...most of the time what they think is different from what we are thining that they were thinking. (even to write it's too complicated...lol)

Why? I don't know!

Now another question: Is it going to work all the time? Will I always get right on my decisions?

Answer: NO...but at least I took a chance!

We are able to learn even more from our mistakes. When we do something wrong usually we take sometime to analyse "where the mistake was?" and doing like this we can learn by it. But when we are right we rarely ask "where the correct point was?"

So let's not be selfish but let's live our lives according to what we think that is better for us and not according what others will think about us...and once you did something, once you said and maybe it wasn't liek you wish let's not allow ourselves the pain of regret our fault feelings....let's learn and not cry!

Esse final de semana...Aniversário da Mari!

Fazer ou não fazer...eis a questão?!?!

Eu acabei de chegar de um final de semana incrível onde estive em um evento realmente inacreditável...sabe aquele tipo de coisa que pode mudar completamente o rumo da sua vida? Pois é...acredito que esse final de semana foi assim!

Não é exatamente o que foi aconteceu, nem tão pouco o que foi dito e sim como agente percebe as coisas que acontecem, como agente reage as coisas que acontecem e como agente aprende com as coisas que acontecem!

Muitas vezes em nossa vida agente se pega vivendo não para nós mesmo mais para os outros...como?Quando agente fica o tempo todo pensando "O que fulano(a) vai pensar se eu fizer isso? Se eu falar isso? Se eu não fizer isso...se eu não falar aquilo?" e assim agente vai decidindo se fazemos ou não algo não pelo que nós queremos mais pelo que achamos que os outros vão achar certo ou errado..."eu quero fazer aquilo porém não é certo"

Agora eu tenho uma dúvida...quem foi que estabeleceu o que é certo ou errado? quem foi que deu o direito as outras pessoas de julgarem o que fazemos ou deixamos de fazer?

Claro que nós temos que pensar antes de fazermos as coisas, não estou dizendo que tem que sair por ai fazendo tudo e dizendo tudo sem medir nada, sem avaliar nada, a única coisa que acho é que temos que decidir pelos nossos próprios conceitos, pelos nossos desejos...a pergunta é:

Isso vai te fazer feliz? Vai te fazer feliz agora e te fazer sofrer depois? Vai prejudicar você ou outras pessoas em algum momento? É realmente o que você quer fazer? Isso vai me fazer crescer?

Eu tento tomar minhas decisões baseadas nessas perguntas!

Eu já cansei de pensar nos que os outros vão pensar, isso deixa agente doido pois nunca poderemos saber exatamente o que os outros vão pensar. Quando pensamos dessa maneira na verdade são nossos próprios pensamentos, nossos próprios medos, nossos própios conceitos que estão falando e não os da pessoa...e quase sempre que tentamos adivinhar o que alguém pensa...adivinha??? Estamos errados, na maior parte das vezes o que a pessoa pensa é diferente do que nós achavamos que ela estava pensando. (até escrevendo fica complicado..rsrs)

Porque? Não sei!

Resposta: NÃO... só que você correu o risco!

Nós somos capazer de aprender muito mais com nossos erros do que com acertos. Quando agente erra, normalmente, paramos para avaliar "onde foi que eu errei?" e dessa forma podemos aprender com o erro. Já quando agente acerta agente dificilmente se pergunta "onde foi que acertei?"

Então, não vamos ser egoístas porém vamos agir de acordo com o que achamos ser melhor para nós mesmos e não conforme o que os outros acham...e uma vez feito, uma vez dito não vamos nos permitir a dor do arrependimento, se não deu tão certo quanto você queria se permita aprender e não chorar!

Statutes of Man

Well...there are sometimes it seems I have so many things to think about that I feel like my mind is lazzy, sluggshly....therefore I guess this is why I'm not ispired to write here (pretending I'm a writer...lol) Then the most obvious solutions is to copy something another peson wrote... Last week I was in a boostore and I saw a little book with a poem of Pablo Neruda translated by Thiago de Melo (I already gave the credits...) I had already saw it in a car adverstising and I really like it! So now I gonna write it here for you... For those how know it already it's always good to remember...for those who don't know it yet I hope you like it!

Article I. - It is decreed that life now has value, that truth now has value, and that offering our hands we will all work for true life.

Article II - It is decreed that all the days of the week, including the grayest of Tuesdays, have the right to become Sunday mornings.

That's it... It's an utopian text, however somethings we can add to our lives...

I don't like rules, don't like preconceptions, don't like lies and I do believe that we have that to be open to change if it's necessary... the only thing that I am totally in favor of is HAPPINESS and this a subjective and personal feeling... each one knows what brings the personal happiness!

But I always think that what matters is not what happens... is how we react to what happens! We can always choose how we are going to react and choose if we are going to be happy or angry? happy or bad mood? happy or worried? happy or anxious? happy or sad? I try, most of the times the first option!

And when everything is @$#*#@*&.... always remember... smiiiiiile! :-)

Os estatutos do Homem

Bom...tem época que parece que minha cabeça tem tanta coisa para pensar que ela fica preguiçosa e justamente por isso, eu acho, não estou tendo inspiração...rsrs...(acha que é escritora)...para escrever por aqui!

Então a solução mais óbvia é escrever algo de outra pessoa...eu estava essa semana na livraria e vi um livrinho daqueles para dar de presente que tem fotos bonitas e frases é era um poema traduzido do Pablo Neruda por Thiago de Mello (já dei os crédito...) e eu já tinha visto isso em publicidade do EcoSport...e achei muito legal!

Para aqueles que já conhecem tem coisas que sempre vale a pena ver de novo...rsrs...para os que não conhecem, espero que gostem!

É isso ai...

É um texo bem utópico, porém algumas coisas nós podemos adotar em nossas vidas...eu não gosto de regras, não gosto de preconceitos, não gosto de mentiras e acredito que temos que estar aberto a mudar de idéia se for preciso...a única coisa que sou totalmente a favor é da FELICIDADE e esse sentimento e subjetivo, singular, pessoal e intransferível...cada um sabe o que traz a felicidade pessoal!

O que sempre penso é que o que importa não é o que acontece é como reagimos ao que acontece!!! Podemos sempre escolher como vamos reagir e escolher se vamos ser feliz ou bravos? feliz ou mau humorado? feliz ou preocupado? feliz ou ansioso? feliz ou triste? Eu tento, na maioria das vezes a primeira opção!

E quando tudo estiver @$#*#@*&.... lembre-se ...SORRIA!!!
